A successful mobilization of a Service Engagement is no guarantee for achieving the desired service levels, however a
difficult mobilization may lead to ongoing problems and issues occurring throughout the Service Engagement, resulting
in problems in reaching and sustaining the service levels.
Therefore, it is essential for the Engagement Manager and key members of the Service Engagement Team to mobilize the
Service Engagement in the most efficient and professional manner possible, by:

Setting up the standard processes and tools.

Enabling the Service Engagement Team to be ready to operate quickly and be productive.

Giving the space for the Engagement Manager to really manage the Service Engagement.

Reducing the risk for not reaching and sustaining the Service Levels.

Creating a common sense between all involved in the Service Engagement Teams in a Rightshore environment.
